Graphene is a key material particularly in the manufacture of sensitive nanodevices, nanoelectronics, and nanosensors. Further, graphene is a promising building block for high performance electronics, sensors, and energy storage devices.
For graphene, CXinduction®can make 2 types high temp furnaces, 1 is anti-corrosion carbonization and graphitization furnace for graphene sheet, the other is CVD furnace for single layer graphene growing , excellent temp uniformity, accurate gas flow control which is ideal for all thermal process.
For GO graphene oxide, our furnace can remove various mechanical water, molecular water, and oxygen-containing functional groups during heating process, and carbon content and electrical conductivity will be improved greatly. Which is widely used in high-power LEDs, smartphones, LCD panels, tablets, laptops, and other fields, it enables rapid heat diffusion and reduces chip temperature.
Application:
The graphene after thermal process in our anti-corrosion carbonization and graphitization furnaces, with high thermal conductivity and light weight can provide the best thermal management solution. Graphene sheets is ideal for next-generation electronics, sophisticated energy storage solutions, and cutting-edge medical advancements.
Our Graphitization also suit for other advanced carbon materials, eg. carbon fiber rope, carbon fiber, C/C composites, Graphite powder, battery anode materials, VGCF purification and de-ironing process of Carbon Nanotube (CNT), carbon black, sintering of advanced ceramics and other materials which can be sintered in graphite hot zone (carbon included environment).
