Application:
CXinduction® vacuum sintering furnaces uses graphite as heating elements. It is specially used to sinter carbides, nitrides and oxide ceramics into products in a vacuum or protective atmosphere. It can also be used for heat treatment of metal materials. Eg. sintering of capacitors, tantalum materials and other metals and alloy materials composed of refractory metals, ceramic materials such as silicon carbide and silicon nitride.
