The Cxinduction™ 1500℃ Vacuum Sintering Furnace is engineered for high-density tungsten carbide (WC) sintering, utilizing a multi-layer molybdenum-tungsten (Mo-W) hot zone to ensure uniform heating and prevent contamination. Designed for powder metallurgy, solid-state sintering, and alloy powder processing, this furnace delivers superior performance in high-vacuum (≤10-3Pa) or inert gas (Ar/N₂) environments, protecting materials from oxidation while achieving high density.
