Product Overview
The 1700℃ Tantalum Capacitor Vacuum Sintering Furnace by Cxinduction™ is designed for high-temperature sintering of refractory metals (W, Mo, Ta, Nb) and oxide ceramics in an ultra-clean, high-vacuum (≤10-3 Pa) or inert gas environment. With a maximum temperature of 2000℃, it ensures superior densification for tantalum capacitor anodes, advanced ceramics, and high-performance alloys.
Key Applications of Cxinduction™ sintering furnace
✔ Tantalum Capacitor Sintering – Produces high-purity, low-porosity Ta anodes for high-capacitance electronics, essential for miniaturized capacitors in smartphones, medical devices, and aerospace systems
✔ Tungsten (W) & Molybdenum (Mo) Components – Ideal for tungsten (W), molybdenum (Mo) sintering.
Sintered tungsten parts for X-ray shielding, rocket nozzles, and semiconductor crucibles;
Molybdenum components for glass melting electrodes, furnace fixtures, and nuclear applications
✔ Niobium (Nb) Products – High-purity niobium for superconducting RF cavities (particle accelerators) and medical implants
✔ Special Ceramics – Fires oxide ceramics with precise thermal control, Precision sintering of alumina, zirconia, and advanced ceramics for medical, defense, and energy applications
Metal Shielding Technology & Advantages
Multi-Layer Tungsten/Molybdenum Shields – Minimizes heat loss via radiation reflection, ensuring energy efficiency.
Zero Carbon Contamination – Critical for capacitor-grade Ta sintering and oxygen-sensitive materials.
Uniform Heating – Eliminates hot spots for consistent product quality.
