Carbon Fiber is a polymer and is sometimes known as graphite fiber. It is a very strong material that is also very lightweight. It can make Bike frames, Aircraft Wings, Automotive drive shafts, Tubing, Containers, Propeller blades, Car components.

CXinduction®can make 2700C continuous graphitization furnace which is ideal for carbon fiber, graphene fiber, Sic fiber. After high temp graphitization, the carbon content of CF will Increased  and performance will improved.

Application:

 While PAN, rayon, and pitch are well known as the precursors of carbon fibers , PAN-based CFs (PAN-CFs) are the predominant type of CFs, accounting for over 90 % of the total production due to their outstanding tensile strength and high carbon yield.

For carbon fiber, despite the continuous graphitization furnace, we can also offer low temp continuous carbonization furnaces.
