Synthetic graphite sheet, also called artificial graphite sheet, is a new film material made of Polyimide after CXinduction® carbonization and graphitization furnace thermal treatment , then can reach excellent thermal conductivity ( 1950W/m•K) and lightweight (1.9 to 2.1 g/cm3).

Application:

 The graphite sheet after thermal process in our carbonization and graphitization, with high thermal conductivity and light weight can provide the best thermal management solution. It is widely used in smartphones, PC, ultra HD TV, LED lamp, solar energy, battery, VR, new energy vehicles, wireless charging and other fields.

Our Graphitization also suit for other advanced carbon materials, carbon fiber rope, carbon fiber, C/C composites, Graphene, battery anode materials, VGCF purification and de-ironing process of Carbon Nanotube (CNT), sintering of advanced ceramics and other materials which can be sintered in graphite hot zone (carbon included environment).
