The 1700℃ High-Temperature Carbonization Furnace by Cxinduction™ is an advanced thermal processing system designed to convert organic materials into carbon-rich substances under vacuum or controlled atmosphere. Ideal for the artificial graphite industry, this furnace enables precise vacuum pyrolysis for artificial graphite, transforming polymers(PAN, phenolic resin) into high-performance carbon materials, including:

Biomass → Graphite

Phenolic resin → Hard carbon

Polyimide → Artificial thermally conductive graphite

Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiber → Carbon fiber

Key Applications of Biomass-Derived Carbon:

After high-temperature treatment, biomass carbon is widely used in battery anodes (e.g., lithium/sodium-ion batteries), conductive additives, adsorption materials, and composite reinforcements.
